Welcome to BlueRide Transportation LLC ("BlueRide"). By using our mobile applications and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the BlueRide mobile applications (the "App") and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines that we may establish. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
To use BlueRide, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are a driver, you must meet all legal requirements for operating a vehicle in your jurisdiction, including holding a valid driver’s license and maintaining proper insurance.
You must create an account to use BlueRide. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
a. Riders:
Riders may request transportation services via the App. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services rendered, including any additional charges, such as tolls or surcharges.
b. Drivers:
Drivers agree to provide transportation services in a safe, reliable, and professional manner. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.

Payment Methods: Riders may pay for rides using various payment methods available in the App, including credit/debit cards, mobile payment options, and cash. You must select your preferred payment method before requesting a ride.
Cash Payments: If you choose to pay in cash, you must have the exact amount as drivers may not carry change. The payment must be made directly to the driver at the end of the ride. BlueRide is not responsible for any disputes or discrepancies arising from cash transactions.
Card and Mobile Payments: For payments made via card or mobile payment options, you authorize BlueRide to charge your selected payment method for all amounts due, including the fare, any applicable fees, and tips. All payments processed through the App are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by BlueRide.
b. Drivers:
Payment for Services: Drivers will receive payment for services provided either through cash directly from the rider or via electronic payments processed through the App. For electronic payments, BlueRide will deposit earnings into your linked bank account as specified in the App's driver dashboard.
Fees and Deductions: BlueRide reserves the right to withhold or deduct payments for reasons including but not limited to fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or chargebacks initiated by riders.
Riders and drivers may cancel a ride request, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the App. Cancellation fees may apply.
You agree to use BlueRide services responsibly and to treat other users with respect. You must not:
BlueRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
BlueRide provides the App and services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueRide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold BlueRide, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App or services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any rights of another.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlueRide operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
BlueRide reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
